Shipments to Spain and the European Union

All national shipments to the Peninsula and the Balearic Islands are free, the cost is assumed by us.

All shipments to the Canary Islands and the European Union are free when the purchase amount is equal to or greater than € 100.

For shipments to Ceuta and Melilla you must contact us in advance so that we can calculate the delivery time and amount.

Delivery term

Once the order leaves our workshop, for which we estimate a period of 24 hours, the usual delivery time in the Iberian Peninsula is 48 hours, although we estimate 2-4 working days for any possible incidence, Europe 2 to 10 business days, and 4-15 business days for the rest of the world. We do not make partial deliveries of orders, if we do not have any product of the order we will wait until we have all of it to proceed with its shipment and we will inform you of this situation.

We will keep you informed of the status of your order via email and we will send you the order tracking number (tracking number) as soon as possible.

PEPITA MOON will not be responsible for errors caused in delivery when the shipping address entered by the user in the order form does not conform to reality or has been omitted or erroneous.

In the event that a change of shipping address entails new expenses, these will be borne by the customer.

International Shipments outside the European Union

We ship anywhere in the world. Shipping costs vary depending on the place of delivery and the volume and weight. The costs of shipping costs will always appear detailed before making the payment. If when carrying out the Check Out process you have any questions or the process was not as it should be, please CONTACT us.

Remember that shipments are not made to PO Boxes, therefore it is necessary that you give us the exact delivery address. For international shipments, the National ID or Passport number is necessary for customs procedures, please remember to include it in the form. Otherwise, we will contact you by email to request this information.

Customs and duties on international shipments (outside the European Union)

Taxes, customs and other charges are not included in the shipping costs paid on your purchase order. PEPITA MOON has no control over these tax policies which vary by country.

In case the customer refuses to receive the package with such taxes and duties, the product must be returned to PEPITA MOON and will not be sent again. Relevant costs (transport, customs, etc.) are the responsibility of the customer and will be deducted from the refund. Taxes and duties are applied on goods that cross borders. Taxes are applied on imported goods. Once the shipment is made, the sender will receive an invoice with taxes and duties.

All international customers are responsible for customs fees in their own country. For more information, contact your local customs office.

PEPITA MOON cannot put a lower value than the price stipulated on the web.

Returns

You have the right to return the item, without indicating the reasons, within a period of fourteen (14) business days from the day of receipt of the product. The date of the receipt certifying the delivery of the product serves for the purposes of computing the aforementioned fourteen (14) day period. The product must be in perfect condition (in new condition, not used and with its labels, and in its original packaging).

All return costs will be borne by the customer.

We don’t accept returns of custom made or personalized products, although if you are not satisfied with it we will do our best to fix it.

Unfortunately we are a small company and currently only accept returns from customers in the European Union. We hope to be able to cover returns from non-EU countries soon.

Changes

We don’t accept product changes, you must make the return and buy the product again.

Defective items

We make every effort to sell only products in perfect condition, and we have strict quality control, so if, exceptionally, you receive a garment with a defect, please contact us immediately. You must bear in mind that all our articles are handmade, so the production is unique, and may vary slightly in relation to the images shown on our page.
